David Gorman - Founder/President
David Gorman is President and a founding member of Clearview Staffing Software. With more than 10 years of experience, David oversees the sales, marketing and business operations for the company. He is charged with developing and advancing Clearview’s strategy to deploy Web-based business software and services into the Medical Staffing industry.

Prior to founding Clearview Staffing Software, David managed a branch office for Knowledge Alliance, an enterprise-level software training company. Previous to this venture, David was employed at GE Capital Information Technology Solutions where he served as a Business Development Manager. At GE David was responsible for selling enterprise IT solutions to Fortune 1000 companies and for managing channel selling relationships with strategic vendors.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas.

John Pencsak - Founder/Chief Technology Officer
John Pencsak has served as Chief Technology Officer and Chairman since founding Clearview Staffing Software in February 2000. Previously, John served as Director of Sales for Macmillan Publishing, one of the nation's top technology content publishers. He managed a staff responsible for the sales and distribution of consumer software and books into national retailers, distributors and e-tailers.

Before joining Macmillan Publishing in 1995, John worked at Berkeley System as Central Region Sales Manager for 19 months and Altsys Corporation as International Sales Manager and Major Account Manager for three years. John has more than fifteen years experience in high-technology sales, marketing, consulting, and development. His technical expertise is focused in the area of Internet technologies and web-based applications.

John holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of North Texas.
