Dallas, TX - June 2007 - PRN Health Services chose Clearview's software solutions to help manage and grow its Per Diem and Travel Nurse Staffing business. PRN Health Services representative Shaulynn Pearson said the company will be using Clearview TSS for scheduling and business purposes as well as Clearview RSS for recruiting, testing and qualifying candidates online.

PRN Health Services has been in business since January of 2004 and staffs both Per Diem and Travel nurses across the country. Because of this, RSS is going to be key in growing and managing the recruiting end of their business, Pearson said.

“RSS is going to be very beneficial,” Pearson said. “The candidate applications, tests and skills checklists will be available in TSS when we need to present nurses to our customers electronically.” She also noted that the electronic storing of these documents and information will increase productivity by eliminating the need for “double-entry” of key candidate information.

Pearson and her company researched software for approximately four months before deciding on TSS. “TSS was the only software that provided everything we needed,” Pearson said. “It will allow us to do everything from scheduling to accounting, and it is web-based, which was a big selling point.” All of Clearview's software solutions are web-based.

PRN will take full advantage of all of Clearview's products including the Advanced Travel module for their travel nurse staffing and the TSS Paychecks module for their Daily Pay needs. Pearson said the company will be integrating their existing Quickbooks system with TSS for payroll and accounting purposes.

“Integrating TSS with Quickbooks will be very helpful – especially for our Louisiana office,” Pearson said and noted that PRN Health Services has offices in Texas and Louisiana in addition to its main office in Oklahoma . “We do payroll out of Oklahoma , but our Louisiana office does daily pay for nurses. With TSS we can still process the payroll in Oklahoma while allowing the Louisiana office to print paychecks there, on the spot.” Pearson added that because all offices will be connected through TSS, the task of keeping track of payroll records will be much easier.

PRN Health Services has started their implementation process with Clearview and is currently scheduling training activities for the company's employees.
