Dallas, TX - January, 25 2008 - Clearview Staffing Software will launch new, automated, online employment application workflow features in its latest version of RSS. This will benefit medical staffing agencies, as they will be able to track the status of a nurse's online application from start to finish.

Gagliardi said RSS 3.6 includes additional application status options as well as new graphical indicators, which are applied automatically by the system based on candidate activity.

“These automated visual indicators and application statuses mean the medical staffing agency will know whenever a nurse completes, signs or updates her online employment application,” said Gagliardi. This is beneficial as agencies are often fielding numerous online applications simultaneously, he added.

“The agency wants to get nurses through the application and qualification process as quickly as possible so that they can put them to work,” Gagliardi said. “Getting more nurses working more quickly will mean increased business for the agency,” he added.
