Clearview Staffing Software Releases Version 6.1 of Temp Scheduling System

This latest release features major enhancements that further streamline the process of placing and managing temporary staffing personnel.
All New Client Access Portal
Version 6.1 is loaded with significant enhancements in virtually every area of the application. One of the most noteworthy additions is the introduction of the Client Access Portal. This new feature allows clients to submit new work orders, select specific temps to fill an order, request changes to a work order, update profile information, and more. A graphical calendar gives a staffing agency's clients the ability to see all orders and their status by date, as well as the ability to easily view, change or cancel work orders. The Client Access Portal even allows the agency and clients to communicate using email messaging directly within TSS.
Messaging Feature Enhancements
Clearview has also significantly enhanced the TSS Messaging System. Users have the ability to manage email and direct mail lists, create email templates, and send emails or form letters directly from within the system. The TSS Messaging System now supports HTML emails and includes helpful toolbars, allowing users to easily create graphically rich email templates. Organizations can also personalize batch emails and form letters using the new Merge Field feature. The ability to query names, email addresses, etc. within the Messaging System also enables users to quickly create and manage mailing lists. Documents for temp personnel, such as licenses, certifications, credentials and other information can also be emailed directly from within TSS.

Enhanced Temp Selection and Management Capabilities
Many features for managing and selecting temps have been added including an all new permanent availability feature allows TSS users to globally set shift availability schedules and to assign temps to specialty assignments. TSS version 6.1 even allows users to track temp availability for 12-hour shifts. Consolidated invoicing for multi-facility clients and automatic address verification have also been added to this latest release.
New Calendaring, Task Management and Timecard Features
The combination of new calendar features, along with the ability to assign tasks and events to employees and temps, make the scheduling process much more efficient. Calendars may now be set to begin on any day of the week the user chooses, allowing agencies to customize the system to their agency's operations. Links to each month make navigation easier and color-coding in the Temp Calendar allows users to see a temp's availability at a glance. TSS users can even query temp personnel for specific orders directly from within the Client Calendar.
Tasks and events can be assigned to individuals and reminders pop-up on the main screen of TSS when users login. This improves workflow and communication throughout the agency. New fields in the Timecard portion of the application allow users to easily add customized amounts for both paying temps and billing clients. This simplifies many payroll and invoicing functions such as assigning bonuses, specialized withholdings, garnishments, taxes, etc.
Powerful Reporting Functionality
A host of new reports enable individuals to more effectively and efficiently manage the business. New reporting options include reports for monitoring sales-related activities as well as Contract Analysis and Shift Reports. A new timecard report option also provides management with an executive overview of specific data within timecards. Recruitments Reports, Workers Comp Reports, Temp Evaluation Reports and several others are also included in version 6.1. The ability to easily export data directly into a Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet format enables organizations to further analyze and customize reports to meet their specific needs.
Online Help and Detailed Documentation
Online help and documentation provide users with instant access to the answers they need. Online help icons are placed strategically throughout the program and provide users with helpful information and instructions at the exact point of need. Agencies may add their own customized notes on help screens to provide users with agency specific rules or procedures they would like the user to follow when working in TSS.
