Implementation, Training & Integration Services

Because Clearview TSS is web-based and easy to use, minimal training is required and the implementation can be completed in weeks — not months or years. Custom integrations with many of the top accounting software packages help create a link between TSS and the agency's existing payroll and accounting systems through which you can easily transfer data back and forth.

Rapid Implementation & Training
The Clearview TSS implementation and training process is designed to get your agency up and running quickly. Our specialized implementation managers have developed a proven approach that clearly defines the communication channels and sets the expectation levels for the implementation process. Clearview has also defined escalation procedures to ensure a smooth transition and implementation. The entire process is simple and can be completed in less than one month.

Simple Three Phase Approach to Implementation
Through Clearview's implementation process your agency receives customized database set up and training activities that fit your agency's specific needs, requirements and the way you do business. The implementation process is organized into three phases.

Phase One - Set Up
During Phase One your agency will participate in a handoff call with your account manager and one of Clearview's specialized implementation managers. During this process we will identify agency and Clearview resources, discuss data import and agency deliverables, consult about current business practices, and create a schedule for training activities.

The accounting integration process also begins during Phase One of the implementation process. The accounting integration module allows TSS to export information in a format that can be used in various third party accounting systems or packages. Clearview integration specialists will assist your agency with generating a compatible file format that can be used in your accounting system.

Phase Two - Training
The second phase of implementation is the training phase. Training is divided into six sessions which are conducted on-site or via the Internet.

Rate Groups - Pay/Bill Facility Contract
T1 - Temps and Clients
T2 - Orders
T3 - Timecards, Payroll, Invoicing and Accounting
T4 - User Preferences, Advanced Order and Query features, Tasks and Messaging

Phase Three - Go Live and Support
The third phase of the implementation process involves launching the use of TSS for "live" business. This is referred to as "Go Live." Certain activities will need to be completed before the agency's Go Live date to ensure readiness. These activities are defined early in the implementation process and during training will be reviewed prior to the Go Live date.

Once the agency is Live, Clearview's Support Team becomes the agency's first point of contact. The TSS trainers and implementation managers will still be available for assistance, however all questions should first be directed to Clearview's Support Team.

Online Help & Documentation
Because TSS was designed to specifically meet the needs of medical staffing agencies, working with the software is intuitive and requires minimal training time with your staff. To make it even easier to use, each screen includes quick access to online help and documentation. In addition to the standard help information on these screens, TSS provides the invaluable option of adding “Internal Notes”… your own customized help comments to keep your staff productively working with the system.

Application Integration
