Robust Reporting

TSS contains more than 65 tailored reports designed to provide medical staffing agencies with complete visibility into key business items such as profitability and productivity. Schedule reports not only provide information on where Temps are working, they also serve as a useful indicator of overall business performance. Temp-specific reports such as the Anniversary Report and the Compliance Report allow agencies to stay informed about important Temp info such as license and certification expiration. Management reports including the Profitability Report, the Executive Summary Report, and the Cancellation Analysis Report will provide a detailed view of key business metrics and help agencies identify untapped opportunities.

Standard and Custom Reports Available
Accessing critical information in real time is a fundamental key to success in today's business world. Reports are divided into three main categories, allowing users quick access to the information they need. Further organization by sub-category helps users find the reports they need even more quickly.

Below are jut a few of the many reports available in Clearview TSS:

Executive Summary Report - Review and analyzed business data in a detailed manner. This report includes multi-layered filter capabilities and data can be compiled by Job Date, Paid Date, Invoice Date or Booked By Date. Further filters can be used to report Profit Dollars/Hours for a variety of combinations.

Staffing Schedule Report - Review a weekly snapshot of all work orders booked for your agency. Monitor which medical professionals are approaching overtime. Review which shifts still need to be confirmed. Results include the Temp's name, certification, specialty, status of the order, the shift time, hours to be worked and the client's name.

Profitability Report - Evaluate the profitability for each individual client or your entire client base. Show "actual profitability" or "projected profitability." Actual profitability results are based on reconciled timecards. Project profitability results are based on booked shifts.

Client Schedule Report - Send your clients up to the minute information regarding their scheduled workload. Information is broken down by medical professional name, shift time and department. Also indicates what work orders have not yet been confirmed.

JCAHO Report - Respond quickly to requests from your clients by using the JCAHO report. Can be run by individual medical professional or done in batch form for multiple medical professionals. This report displays the client and the temp that worked at the facility for a specified time period. Results include the temp's license and certifications as well as areas worked.

Temp Profile Report - Market your medical professionals to facilities with a report that details and highlights the important attributes of the medical professional.

Compliance Report - Protect your agency and make sure you never send a medical professional out on an assignment that has credentials that are out of compliance.This report allows the user to search for out of compliance, compliance and all licenses in a user-friendly, streamlined and intuitive layout.

Compensation Report - View summary of a medical professional compensation for a specific time period. Quickly review placements, shifts, pay rate, total compensation and more for a medical professional.

Long Term Reports - See everything you need to know about your long-term orders at a glance. Sort the data against a variety of criteria to help you quickly make decisions.

Most Clearview TSS reports contain custom filtering capabilities designed to give you maximum flexibility in dealing with only the information you need. Clearview can build completely customized reports if you have unique needs as well.

Security and Administration

TSS is a highly secure, yet flexible system. From one staffing agency to the next, requirements for how the system will behave will often vary. For this reason, TSS allows agencies to customize settings and permissions based on their business rules. Practically every screen of TSS has a permission associated with it. For each user there are more than 60 unique permissions that will grant or limit access to certain areas of the software. In addition, Administrative users of TSS are able to establish global settings that are related to the agency's workflow. These settings include rules for default status, pay and bill shift differentials, if and how overtime is to be paid and billed, when unfilled orders should auto-void, as well as the frequency and start date of pay and bill periods.

Security and Administration Levels:
Clearview TSS provides a flexible User Manager allowing agencies to decide which users are allowed to see and/or modify company information. TSS also allows the agency to decide from where each user can access this information. Some privileges include:

Settings Manager:
The Settings Manager in Clearview TSS allows agencies to customize aspects of the application to match agency processes and workflow. Settings like Home Time Zone, Auto Void Orders, Setting Default Overtime Pay, Allow Double Bookings, Enable Split Pay and Bill, Certifications, Specialties, Auto Mail and Pay options can all be modified to meet business needs.

Messaging
The Messaging area of TSS provides agencies with an effective way to rapidly communicate with Clients and Temps through mass distribution email or printed form letters. The List Manager allows users to quickly create lists either manually or with a robust query screen that provides extensive selection criteria. TSS also allows users to create dynamic lists whose members automatically change based on the selected criteria. Users can also filter and update the lists as needed.

Design and create email and print templates with ease using the Template Manager. Templates even support HTML text and give users the ability to edit the templates at the HTML level. Emails can be sent through TSS and form letters printed directly from the system. Mailing labels can also be exported to Excel. Security settings within the Administrative area also allow Admin users to limit access to the Messaging area on a user-by-user basis.
