The query results screen ranks qualified candidates and also allows users to view additional opportunities that fit the Temp's skill set. In the Order Manager, users can also track calls made to Temps and fill orders directly from the query results page. The TSS automated confirmation features allow the user to send out confirmations instantly to both Temps and Clients.

Skills-Based Order Matching & Fulfillment
The process of filling work orders raises many questions: Which medical professionals are available? When can they start? Will they be going into overtime? And, are their credentials up to date? Once you enter an order into Clearview TSS, the system goes to work evaluating each medical professional's profile, searching for the best match. Clearview TSS then returns a list of qualified medical professionals and ranks each one of them from most favorable to least favorable for the assignment. The higher the candidate's ranking, the closer the match is to the criteria specified in the work order.

Each medical professional is ranked based on the following matching criteria:
- Certification & Specialty - A Temp must meet the requirements for certification and specialty in order to show up in the query results screen.
- Calendar of Availability - Indicates whether or not the Temp is available to work the specific shift and day of the order.
- Shift Conflicts - Indicates if there would be any shift conflicts as a result of placing the Temp in the order.
- Facility Preferences - Indicates which Temps are preferred at the facility and those Temps who may have been asked not to return (DNR'd).
- Licenses - Warns the user of any credentials that might be expired as of the date the shift is to be worked.
Additional Productivity Tools:
Drill-down Hyperlinks - Find out more detailed information about a Temp by clicking on their name in the query results screen.
Mileage Calculator - Determine approximate number of miles from the Temp's home to the facility.
Gross Profit Calculator - Know exactly what your gross profit will be for the shift - before booking the Temp.
Call Tracker - Document the result of every call to a Temp and track important items such as "turned down shifts," "left message," etc.
Visible Order Entry Confirmation - After entering or modifying an Order, the new yellow TSS Information Bar will display the Order ID and Insight for the Order you just entered.
Floor Options - Improved Floor options and settings allow the user more control over how Floor settings are used in Orders. This includes the ability to select which specialties to view during Order entry and to select whether or not the Floor is required when entering an Order.
TSS Insight - The TSS Insight available in the Order Manager displays details about the Order. These details include: order status, client name, job date, shift, certification, specialty, floor, and order type. It also provides quick access to Pay, Billing and Journal information.
 Automated Confirmations
When the order is ready to be filled, the Confirmation Manager allows users to instantly send confirmations out to both the Temp and the Client via email. For your Temps, email confirmations contain shift information as well as a 30-day reminder of all shifts for which the agency currently has that medical professional booked. On the client side, the user can email a confirmation to all or selected contacts, or a confirmation report can be printed to fax over to the client.

Confirmations Made Quick & Easy:
- Email or fax confirmations
- Automatic time and date stamp to enhance accountability
- Track special notes with the Custom Note field
- Provide driving directions for your medical professionals
- Sort unconfirmed orders by Hospital, Medical Professional or Date
- Navigate easily to a medical professional or Client Profile with quick drill-down capabilities
- Use color codes for easy viewing
- New email confirmation formatting options
Long Term Orders
Similar to the standard work order entry screen, the Long Term Order module allows users to create work orders for 8, 13 and 26-week assignments. The Long Term Order module includes the same features as other orders, plus extended search criteria to help users quickly find the best Temp for the job.

TSS Insight
The TSS Insight available in the Long Term Order Manager displays details about the Long Term Order. These details include: start date, end date, duration, days and hours per week, shift times, certification, specialty, floor and facility contact name and information. It also provides access to the Notes and Journal information for the Order.
