Reminders & Auto-Notifications

Instantaneously receive alerts the moment a job order is generated. Temps can receive an email notification days prior to their license or credentials expire. The amount of days can be set per license and credential during Credential setup. Agencies also have the ability to select who and when to automatically receive email notifications based on when the temp’s updated availability or sends a message. The agency can also enter Agency Email Addresses for who will receive email notifications when this Contact enters or edits Orders, submits a request, or when they submit a temp evaluation.

Email & Text Messaging

The Messaging area of TSS provides agencies with an effective way to rapidly communicate with Clients and Temps through mass distribution email or printed form letters. The List Manager allows users to quickly create lists either manually or with a robust query screen that provides extensive selection criteria. TSS also allows users to create dynamic lists whose members automatically change based on the selected criteria. Users can also filter and update the lists as needed.

Document Sharing

With clearviewTSS you can keep track of all electronically stored documents for each medical professional. Licenses. Credentials. Resumes. These documents can easily be shared with Clients for verification purposes. Through our Tem Access portal, temps can also view the documents, which saves time and increases efficient communications.

Payroll History

Staffing agencies find it useful to view payroll history reports. You can view previously printed invoices for any date range and any length of time. Historical data is never lost. From local tax codes to 401k contributions, you can ensure unparalleled accuracy and avoid costly mistakes. In addition, reports may be sorted by employee number or name, or run for a selected range of employees and/or jobs. Many reports can be printed on pre-printed forms or prepared for electronic filing.
