Client-Based Contracts

Using Rate Groups in clearviewTSS, setup client-specific pay and bill contract rates for the various disciplines and specialties you will be staffing at the facility. Associate a Rate Group with multiple clients if you have contracted the same rates with other client facilities. Pay and bill rates follow the system through the order entry and timecard reconciliation processes, ensuring the correct pay and bill amounts for every order.

Temp-Based Bill Rates

clearviewTSS enables you to setup temp-specific contracts if the pay and/or bill rate for a healthcare professional deviates from your standard contract. To which facility will this individual contract apply? Which unit at the facility? How long will this individual contract last? All of these parameters can be set in clearviewTSS’s Temp Pay for each individual healthcare professional. You can even set overtime rules and bill differentials at the Temp contract level.
