Clearview TSS is a complete, 100% Web-based scheduling and management solution designed to automate your medical staffing process. From the time you sign a contract with a new client or receive a resume from a new employee until the time you print invoices and run payroll, Clearview TSS does it all.

Will Clearview TSS work for my business?
Clearview TSS was designed to address the specific needs of Per Diem (PRN) and Travel Assignment (Long-Term) staffing agencies as well as Private Pay Home Health agencies. For more than 3 years, Clearview Staffing Software has been working with leading medical professionals and medical placement firms from around the U.S. with one simple objective: To create a scheduling and management tool that would be simple to use and save your agency both time and money.

How does Clearview TSS work?
Clearview TSS is a 100% Web-based solution, meaning that you access the application with a standard web browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher) and an inexpensive connection to the Internet. Clearview TSS runs entirely through your computers web browser so there is never any software to install. You simply connect to the Internet, open up your browser and type in your companies unique address, enter your secure user name and password and away you go.

My business is expanding rapidly, can Clearview TSS keep up?
Clearview TSS has the capacity to scale to the largest of operations. The architecture was designed to handle thousands of users. We use a scalable NT server, and can scale as rapidly as our customers require. We also use Cold Fusion application servers, and can immediately add additional Cold Fusion application servers in order to increase capacity as needed.

What do I need to have in order to run Clearview TSS?
All you need is a computer that can run a web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher. It doesn't matter what type of hardware or operating system you're running.

How do I get upgrades to Clearview TSS?
Any time we add a new feature to our site, you will have access to it immediately the next time you visit. You won't have to download any software or make any system adjustments.

What involvement is required from my company's IT department?
None. Clearview TSS is accessed over the Internet through a web browser and requires no modifications or upgrades to your existing environment. All you need is a browser running Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, and you are ready to use Clearview TSS. Because there is no hardware, software or network equipment to install, and the application is accessed through a standard browser, your IT team will not need to implement or maintain this service.How quickly can my company be up and running? Depending on the size of your agency and any unique requirements you may have you can be up and running in as little as 2 days.

General Functionality

Is there training available if I need it?
Yes. While we pride ourselves on the fact that Clearview TSS is extremely user-friendly we do offer and recommend training. Training can be done in one of two ways: 1st, conference call sessions can be held, conveniently allowing you to learn right from your office. The only thing trainees will need is a computer and a connection to the Internet. 2nd, Clearview Staffing Software can provide on-site instructor led classroom training whereby we send a trainer to your office(s).

Can I configure Clearview TSS?
Yes. Your Executive Manager can configure many aspects of Clearview TSS to meet the specific requirements of your organization.

Can I disable a users' access if someone leaves my organization?
Yes. While editing a user's profile (simply check the Suspend box in the User Manager module and click Save User).

Can I do a mail merge with the contact information in Clearview TSS?
Yes. Using Microsoft Excel and Word, you can do mail merges and other types of bulk mailings using your Clearview TSS data.

Can I integrate Clearview TSS with other applications, such as my financial application?
Yes. Any and all data in Clearview TSS can be extracted and integrated into other applications your organization may be using. See Application Integration for more information.

Do I need a report writer to create and run reports?
No. Clearview TSS includes a number of pre-configured reports to extract your mission-critical data. From the Report and Data Export module, simply select the report for the data you require.

Can I import my existing data into Clearview TSS?
Yes. As part of the implementation process, we will import your existing legacy data into Clearview TSS.

What file formats can Clearview TSS import?
Clearview TSS can import from any program that can save its data in the comma separated value (CSV) format, such as ACT!, Outlook, Access and Excel.

What data can be imported?
You can import all contacts and accounts, and their associated notes during the implementation process.What happens if the Clearview TSS database goes down? Clearview TSS has built redundancy into all its systems in order to minimize any system failures that could be perceived as customer outages. All components of the Clearview TSS system are proactively monitored and managed such that faults are detected before system outages. Clearview TSS realizes that there may occasionally be system outages due to issues beyond our control. Clearview TSS has established numerous escalation procedures to notify the proper personnel in the event of any system outage, and remedy any issues as quickly as possible.

What security does Clearview TSS provide?
Clearview TSS utilizes some of the most advanced technology for Internet security available today. When you access our site using Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 6.0 or higher, optional Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered users in your organization. Your data will be completely inaccessible to your competitors.

TSS Clearview provides each user in your organization with a unique username and password that must be entered each time a user logs on. Clearview TSS issues a session "cookie" only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session "cookie" does not include either the username or password of the user. Clearview TSS does not use "cookies" to store other confidential user and session information, but instead implements more advanced security methods based on dynamic data and encoded session Ids. In addition, Clearview TSS is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.

How can I be sure my data will be kept private?
Data stored within Clearview TSS is the sole property of Clearview TSS customers and is not accessible by anyone other than authorized users. Customers define and control their own passwords within a secure infrastructure. Moreover, once a user has been authorized to access Clearview TSS, more than 15 levels of discrete, user-defined permissions determine which functions and data are available to specified users.

Does Clearview TSS use my data for internal uses?
No. As stated in the Clearview TSS privacy policy " Clearview TSS will not review, share, distribute, print or reference any such Data except as provided in the Clearview TSS Terms of Use, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purposes of resolving a problem or support issue, suspected violation of the Terms of Use, or as may be required by law.” Of course, you and your employer, if applicable, are responsible for maintaining the integrity of your user registration and password.
