Document Sharing

Keep track of all electronically stored documents for each medical professional, including electronic copies of licenses, credentials, resumes and any other documents required for employment purposes. These documents can be shared with Clients for verification purposes. The Temp can also view the documents using Temp Access. All documents can be emailed to Clients directly from TSS.

Once a work order is filled Clearview TSS allows you to send out confirmation to both the medical professionals and the clients. For your medical professionals, email confirmations contain shift information as well as a 30-day reminder of all shifts your agency currently has that medical professional booked for.

On-Line Verification of Unit & Skill Compliance

Once you enter an order into Clearview TSS, the system goes to work evaluating each medical professional's profile, searching for the best match. Clearview TSS then returns a list of qualified medical professionals and ranks each one of them from most favorable to least favorable for the assignment. The higher the candidate's ranking, the closer the match is to the criteria specified in the work order.

View Schedules On-Line

clearviewTSS features a Temp Calendar that allows agencies to maintain accurate availability information and quickly view and modify current work schedules. The Temp Calendar displays the selected Temp's availability as well as shifts and/or assignments the Temp is assigned to work, preferred shifts and general availability.
